StatCtl is a status page aggregator platform that monitors the availability of third-party cloud services. We aggregate public status pages from 6,300+ vendors and provide dashboards, notifications, and status pages for your team.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StatCtl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

StatCtl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service monitors third-party status pages and does not guarantee the accuracy of reported statuses.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial periods are offered for new accounts.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
